Info is not very easy to find, here is what I have. The 340 was build in the Farmall Row Crop, International Utility and the T-340 Crawler models from 1959 thru 1963. It was built with both the gasoline and diesel engines in all three models. I have a Farmall 340 Row Crop and this is the information that I have obtained about them. BUILT: 1959 - 1963 GAS ENGINE: C-135 DIESEL ENGINE: ??? WEIGHT: 4404 LBS (Gas Row Crop) SERIAL NUMBERS: 501 - 2723 ---- 1959 2724 - 5411 ---- 1960 5412 - 6642 ---- 1961 6643 - 7626 ---- 1962 7627 - 7699 ---- 1963 It is my understanding that they only used one set of serial numbers and it included all three models and both engines. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU -- ENJOY YOUR CRAWLER!!!!!!!!
