I own a '53 SM #50919.(still dynos at 56 HP).Speeds, in case it helps; 1st-2 5/8 mph,2nd-3 3/4,3rd-5,4th-6 3/4,5th-16 3/4. The SM is the best machine ever made. we've used mine since new and it would out pull our IH 884!
