656 Carb

I need some info on the carb on my 656 Farmall, it has begun to quit on me after it gets warmed up. Acts like a plugged fuel filter - starts, runs, no power then quits in a minute. First, the screw toward the top rear which one is that? Also, this has a solonoid looking thing with a wire hanging out on the bottom backside - what is that. Suggestions?
