I've got what I thought was a '52 Super M sn 13906 which, when I look at the chart on this site says '53... At any rate back in the day I remember my Great Uncles had this Super M and an M and all mowing was done with the Super M and the 6' drag type bushhog. I asked why and they said that the Super M was faster than the M and had more power. I remember Dad telling me that the Super M in second was like the M in third.

Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
