I DO NOT USE A HAMMER TO REMOVE NOZZLES!!! At a factory service school the factory service reps instructed us to remove rear wheels using the hammer method! The wrench that was sent with the tractors was the biggest joke Harvester ever came up with, all of them should be tossed as far as possible. If you fastened wheels with it they never stayed tight. I always tightened wheels using a 7/8 socket an 3/4 drive tools. It was also taught at the factory school to tap on the axle when tightening to make sure it stayed. I have done more of these in one week than yoou probably ever have, so don't critize my method until you try. If you ever have had a tractor in a shop and the wheels were removed it was probably this way and you never knew or saw any marks on the axles.
