I need a new tach for my 806 too. I called Hanson's and they said they don't have them for an 806. I checked my local salvage yard and they had one that supposedly works for $50. I looked at it and it is not something I would want to put on my tractor. I then called Ken Updike's outfit and they have a new one in stock for $110.45. I haven't ordered it yet but I think I will. I think it is well worth that kind of money for a new one.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
