The tractor is either a 1954 SMTA, with or without TA, or a 1943 M with SM decals. The prefix of a M serial number is FBK, and the prefix of a SMTA serial number is SM-TA. If it is a SMTA without TA, they may have left the -TA off of the prefix, but I believe it was on there if it had TA or not. Somebody with a SMTA without TA from the factory will have to look at their tractor serial number plate and tell you for sure.
