Super M serial #

Auction coming up and there's a super M up for auction. Haven't seen the tractor but was wondering if the serial # would indicate if it's a stage 1 or stage 2 super M. Did all stage 2 tractors come stock with the live hydraulic's? Here's the serial number listed in the ad. Serial # 61159 is what the ad says but I'm sure the prefix is SM 61159. Which state were these tractor's made in? Thanks
