The M&W 9speed did not change the original gear speeds , it added 4 gears between the original 4th and 5th gear , 5th stayed the same . I don't remember the exact speeds but hi 1st was around 6 1/2 , 2nd 8mph , 3rd 9 1/2 and 4th was somewhere around 12 . Like I said that's kind of a guess . My old M has the nine speed , Dad put it in sometime in real early '50's , worked out real good and still does . Forgot to say PTO speed is doubled too when the 9sp is used on the hi side . Jim
