Looking at the F-Series photo archive book the composition steering wheel was used mostly 1937 and later. There is a difference in these and the later H and M wheels being the spokes are covered also. Don't know if this steering wheel was optional, for some later F-20s also used the cast. I have never seen an original composition steering wheel on an F-20, they cracked and deteriorated rapidly. Just looking at the old photos F-12 and 14s also used the composition steering wheel similar (could be the same) to F-20.
