Scott, Try swapping the position of the spark plugs and seeing if the miss follows the plug.....Make sure that you don't get your wired mixed up....Swap #1 and #2 plugs and reconnect your plug wires....the start the tractor up....if the miss moves to #1 cylinder, then you know you have a bad plug....more times than not for me, it has been bad plugs...Good luck to you!!
