Help! 400 Hydraulics went out

The hydraulics on the 400 I just got not don't work. We used it to grain drill 6 ac. it woked fine. I hooked up a brush hog to it and it worked ok. I mowed a coulpe rounds hit the control to lower it got it too low and it would not come back up, now nothing. That means the power steering is also out. Am I missing somthing stupid or has the pump gone bad. Don't understand how the pump would just go put all of a sudden. Fluild level is good. Thanks
