Hello, I am looking into purchasing 1568 with the v-8 motor. The dealer is asking $10,000 for it.(Is this price reasonable in Western NY?) The tractor is set to run on eight cylinders at all times. The tractor looks good all around. My questions for the experts are: 1. did the 1568 come from the factory with a turbo? ( as the tractor has a turbo on the outside panel). 2. how hard/ costly would it be to change the pump back to a 4 cylinder idle? 3. Since this tractor is fairly rare, would it be feasible to use this tractor on a limited basis to extend its life or would under utilizing its power shorten its life. ( example. If I were to use it to pull a three bottom plow or a twelve foot disc it would have plenty of power but would it make sense to use in this way. I've fallen in love with the look of the V-8 powered tractors and would like to own and use one on my 50 acre fresh market produce farm. thank you for your input. Tim
