I'd bet on not enough gas. I bought a 560 last year and have had similar problems. After flushing the gas tank several times, taking apart the strainer bowl and cleaning out everything, and replacing the screen on the carb inlet, I'm OK now. My sediment bowl was missing the top screen and I think the crud from the tank was getting down to the carb inlet screen.
