Matt, sounds like you are buying a parts tractor. If this is to be your first tractor, skip this one and find one that can be driven away. Don't want to see you get discouraged finding parts and never be able to get it done. Most of the time, parts cost more than a whole tractor. I have seen Cs go for $500 - $800 at auctions in running and driving condition. Save yourself some money and start hitting some auctions.
