You could have sheared the tinny littel pin on the spool valve as this is sorta common . The valve removes from the bottom but you must remove the sway bar linkage bracket to remove the spool valve if this is the problem . To see if you need to go through all this first remove the linkage on top of the valve but it will help if you count the turns of the square nut as this sets the PTO pressure and it takes a special fitting to attach a gauge to and the pressure should be around 210 to 250 PSI myself i like the higher setting as this way i know the clutches will not slip under heavy load. remove the big nut and see if the valve will come out the top and if it does then the littel pin has sheered and you must start removing stuff as it should not come out the top and you only have half the valve the rest will have to come out the bottom when it is all back to a one pigce then it goes in from the bottom. Then the pressure must be set to the above settings by turning the the valve stem into the nut there is a small hole in the stem and a small punch will do the job.
