Something you may want to try is clean out the fuel/water separator and make sure you have a good fuel flow all the way to the carburator. There may be a filter on the carburator inlet, check that too. Could be something in the tank blocking fuel flow. Are the vent holes in your gas cap open?
Keep trying things one at a time, one of these times you'll hit on it.
