806 CARB ON M,M wheels???

What I have to do to use an 806 carb on my M?Just use the 806 bowl and rebuild kit?or can I use the whole carb?aren't the throttles different?please let me know,thanx.Also;what is a fair price to ask for my rear rims and hubs on that M??thanx
