how sure are you that the compression is good? becasue something that is out of timing has nothing to do with the tractor firing. FIRING dosnt mean the tractor will RUN or START. If you were get fuel to plugs weather the timing was off totally the tracotr should atleast pop. If still dry plugs, take them out and drop the slight est drop, i meant drop of gas into each cylinder and then see what happends?
