Several places to look are:
1. Dry Goods store
2. Shoe Repair Store
3. Canvas Repair Shop
4. Tack Shop
5. Hardware Store (Ask for webbing material)
6. Govt. Surplus Store (Same stuff was used for belts that Sailors and Soldiers wore)
7. If all the above fail, take an old Rachet style tie down strap and cut it up for the correct length you need.
