Take the spark plugs out, pull the choke on the carb or block it's throat somehow (stuff a rag in it) then hook your vacuum cleaner hose to the exhaust outlet on the manifold and let it suck. If you haven't turned the engine at all, then air will get pulled through any of the cylinders that had an exhaust valve open where debris might have gotten in. Should pull out any debris that flew in.
