I don't know the exact number, but a LOT! Probably in the range of a ton or two or more. About the antifreeze, I imagine you can use it, but the calcium is a lot heavier, so you get more added traction using calcium. I'm not sure on the weight of the half moon weights. Usually two sets of weights is all the more a person can put on very easy, but I am not positive about this.
