I couldn't either but I don't have a parts book but rather a hodge podge cover em all type. The washer sure came off somewhere and has the PN C126223 cast into it. It won't slide on the axle from the outside though it was pretty dirty and tarnished looking more like it was a part of the wheel to axle attachment setup. It sure didn't look clean enough to be inside the case but where else could it go. Anything that BIG simply HAS to go somewhere. I sure wish I could get a lood behind that other axle but I can't without pulling the other axle yadda yadda.
