If your wheel weight is on the outside of the hub, then rotate the wheel until you can horizontally set a bottle jack between the transmission housing and the broken off bolt. Use a piece of bolt for a protrusion on the sheared off bolt. You will probably have to have the pump lever on the high side of the jack in order for it to work. Jack away. This is how I pushed out the wheel weight bolts on Old Rusty H last Summer. You will hear a pretty good pop when the bolts finally pushes out. Hope this makes sense!
