Problem Removing Wheel Weights

I'm trying to remove the wheel weights from my M, but one bolt is frozen solid in the wheel. The portion of the bolt, that's in the nut, twisted off. I've heated it with MAPP gas, drilled it out with a 1/2" bit, beat on it with a 32oz ballpeen hammer, but I can't get it to budge. Any ideas?
