Have you tried letting the fuel run for long periods of time? When you remove the plug to check flow, catch the fuel in a large can or bucket. If the tractor normally runs for 30 to 60 seconds you need to make sure you have a good fuel flow for longer than that. There may be something in the tank that comes to the screen as the fuel flows. Does the tractor re-start right away?
