FARMALL DON has the right idea....if the bolt does snap off,continue on until you have removed the manifold from the tractor.....now,the ones that snaped off leaving even a small stud sticking out of the head, can be removed....I put a larger nut over broken bolt....weld this nut to the stud... you will melt the stud to the nut... "cook it good ,fill the nut full" ,try to remove it before it is completly cool....I don't recommend the brass nuts....Good luck let me know if this works,I have done this many times.....
