Farmall H 5th Gear

I have a 1942 Farmall H which orginally had steal wheels but has since been converted to rubber.I found out that the gearshift lever goes into 5th but the tractor won't move, then I was reading the manual about a 5th gear lockout screw and it said something about taking it out and replacing it with a shorter one to enable 5th gear. I am not sure where the screw is located. If anyone could give me an idea, I would really apreciate it. Thanks!!
