My Super MTA also does that. I have been advised that the seal between the transmission and PTO is out and leaks into the PTO unit, thus causing the oil to push out the breather. I have the same symptoms, doesn't let any oil out when running but when disengaged the oil comes out at about 1/2 quart per hour.
