I don't think they'll bother either. Seems like we had an H once that had one between 2 & 3- we "permatexed" the sleeve in. Ran for years w/o problem & we relly worked 'em in those days. Does it look like h2o/oil was leaking into the area between block & sleeve? If not, I agree w/others-go for it. (My $0.02 worth. jal-the other Dakota)
