Hey Steven - You need to swap that SPDT switch in the photo for DPDT (double pole double throw) for it to work. Wire it so the 6 volt supply and hour meter power feed are on one switch pole, and the mag kill wire & ground connection are on the other. If this is confusing post back and I'll make you a quick sketch. ...Bob M
