The short answers are: Yes, yes and yes.
A longer answer is IHC redesigned their WFE in early 50's to make them stronger and move the tie rods from infront to behind the axle. At least two aftermarket manufacturers all ready had tie rods aft designs. H & M (as well as 300-450, 60 series and some 06 series) have the same bolt pattern and WFE are fairly universally inter changeable. Hope this helps, Dick
