Thanks for all your replys. I went and bought the tractor today. I put air in the front tires and drove it onto the trailer. It hasn't been started in 6 months and it started with a hand crank in under a minute.(just wanted to try it) I bought 2 front tires off of a local guy for 20$ each. I took the old tires and rims to him and got the new ones put on. $56.78 for having old tires took off and new ones put on. I drove the tractor for 30 minutes today it runs perfect.
