This tractor orginaly had 1 row high drum cotton picker mounted on it the F suffix is for high drum cotton picker attachment the J is rockford clutch. These tractors had drop axles similar to MV attached to flanges it would have had single 20 in. steering tire. The drop axles were gear driven which gave the rearward travel required by cotton picker. It would not have had PTO and the picker was driven by special attachment that mounted in place of belt pulley. Many of these pickers were dealer installed on regular tractors but the F suffix incicates yours was a factory installed picker. Hope all this rambling has helped some
