The 560 turbo was bought new by the farm that had the auction, and it was a dealer installed option, but I am thinking that by looking at it, the turbo was made by M&W. A simple coat or two of paint would have got him more $$$$. We had a very similar tractor at one time, only ours had a wide front, and also had the turbo. It was a good tractor let me tell you. Only problems we had were keeping the head bolts from breaking.
