F-12 Quick attaching hitch

Hello. I was wondering if the Quick attaching hitch for the F-12 is the same as that used on an M or H. I need a quick attaching hitch and if it is the same then I can go ahead and get on off an M or H. I didn't know for sure so I thought I would ask you knowledgeable people. THANKS FOR YOU HELP. I have been playing all day with my bolt on hitch for my F-12. It is serial number 7915 so it came with a bolt on hitch, but do want to put one of the quick attaching one on. What do you guys think? Will it still make it to that period?
