Good picture, Paul. The German people paid quite a high price for the Nazi conquest, not as high as some others though. BTW, What unit was your dad with? My wifes Grandfather was a 2nd Lt.(ninety day wonder;)) with Co. H, 318 Inf, 80th Division, 3rd Army. My grandfather (died in '68) was a PFC with Co. G, 187 Glider infantry, 11th Airborne Div in New Guinea. He jumped into a tree while training and made it home 1 month before the end on the war. Sorry to ramble, but WWII is another of my favorite subjects! Fireman
