Farmall 140 or IH 274

I have a vintage 1959 F'-140 and have noticed some adds for the IH 274 which looks to be the same tractor just with a diesel motor. Does any one know anything about the 274. I have a lot of 140 equipment and the 140 is just a little under powered for me and I would consider hte 274. Any Coments?
