Athens Plow

I found (down in the hedge row) what looks like an old plow? It is labeled Athens Plow Co.; Athens, TN. It has three tires in a triangle with 5 or 6 large disks. It has a single draw bar and a leaver for hight adjustment. There is also a threaded crank and a release pin that connects to one wheel. It appears that it could be put back in service with new tires, cleaning, and new lubrication? Two questions. Will my 1943 Farmall model C pull it and can anyone tell me how to operate it? Thanks.
