The 14.9 is the old 13X38... I "THINK" they were supposed to be put on 12" rims... I don't think anybody ever made a 13X38 rim. Pullers will disagree with me but DO NOT put the 14.9's on the 14" rim... You want the rim bead area of the tire protected by the side of the tread and the sidewall of the tire. You can safely put the tire on a rim an inch or two smaller than the design rim width... so You could put the 14.9's on the 11" rim but it would look kinda funny. But not as stupid as those long bar short bar tires... Do a search on FIRESTONE they have a very good ag tire web site.. ALL the dimensions You want are listed for all their tires.
