Farmall-H timing

Pretty positive the magneto is fine and in time, seems timing is off, so I assume the timing chain broke. My manual is for maintainance only, and I don't know what to do now. My local dealer is no help and I need my H to run good, again. What happened is vandals poisoned the gas but I don't know what they used. Thank you for any help or advice you may give.
