Jerry, it sounds like an icing carburetor, which will foul plugs and put gasoline into the oil.When the tractor is running does there appear to be snow on the carb body? Place your hand on the carb and the bottom of the manifold it flows into, if it feels cold when the tractor has been running for several minutes you have an icing problem. I once had an old Allis that did this, I ran a flex hose from the outside air intake up under the hood where it sucked in warmed air and it helped greatly. I made a vest for the tractor as well to house the heat from the engine and solved the winter plug fouling problem..not to say you don't have a carb problem , but this is something you could try, also a can of deicer in the fuel tank will remove the moisture in the fuel system. I've seen snowmobile carbs ice up to the point where the machine won't run...let it sit a few minutes and the engine heat melts the ice in the carb and away you go...I use deicer in tractor, truck and sled in the winter, especially the tractors which may sit several weeks before use.
