Is it time for a Carb rebuild ????

I have a 300 utility. When pushing snow it has loaded up on several occasions, fouling plugs. I am wondering if this is possibly happening whenever it ends up on an incline due to a float or other issue, as I have on several occasions put the front wheels in ruts due to soft ground. As I have used more throttle to rock it out, I find that it ends up missing. In todays cold weather, the same thing. I had to keep the choke out even when warm and when there was stress/work on the engine, it quit.
