Bought this 49 H. Tried to start it belt to belt off of my CC Case. The H hummed like a sewing machine, and built 40% pressure, but not hardly a pop, and when there finally was a pop, it was soft. I had the mag checked, and its fine. I put a screwdriver into a plug wire and held it close to bare metal and saw fire. I put new plugs in it, and gapped them to 25. Whats your thoughts. The oval box dosent have a knob for light density as my dads 48 had. And, the push pull shitch is mounted in the box instread of away below it. And it has a up/down/ flip switch I dont remember my dads haveing for the mag kill. I think his had a distributor, but that was 50 yrs ago. Sprayed the carb with either but not a pop or nothing. hardly. Havnt done anything yet to the carb. Gonna order a kit Mon
