Foot starter lever for H

This H that I am working on has the starter button mounted way back and low and in a very awkward position to get to to push the button. I am told, but have never seen one, that there is a thing that bolts to the steering column that will allow one to depress the starter by pressing on the device with the foot. #1, is there such a thing? and #2, if there is, does anyone have one for sale? TW
