It's hard to say whether it will or not without seeing the hill and such. It probably will. If it were me I would atleast pull the belly pump some I could see what was wrong with the clutch. If it does it in neutral as well then it could be anything. It could be as simple as jumped/broken finger on the pressure plate. I would inspect and then figure out if I could move without messing anything else up or making the whole thing worse. That's just me.
