SDP: You really haven't said what you use the tractor for. Yes, I agree with gene if you are working around orchards, ornamental trees, etc. If however your working out in open spaces, go for a longer pipe. The C would be a bit different but Utility type tractors just put the operator in a pit of fumes. Underslung exhausts were a big item in the 50s and 60s, however for the most part they are a thing of the past. Work place safety demanded it. There have also been countless fires started by underslung exhausts. Get it over your head, these tractor aren't driving away from those fumes with the same velosity as your car.
