While I was doing one of my figure eights one of the farmers up the road was driving down my dirt road and pulled over into my drive, flagged me down and told me that I'll ruin the discs if I turn with them and that I should only disc parallel to my rows. He was very polite and was only trying to give some helpful advice. I enjoyed meeting a new "neighbor" even though he is 5 miles down the road. :) Is he right? Should I not be turning while I disc?
