Ah yes , it could be a broken roller a bad detent on the shifter cam or a woren shifter fork . This work has to be done thru the cab floor and i know you do not have the range cover removal tool but with a spare set of hands ya can do it . You also must remove the side cover on the left side of the rearend housing it is the plate with the clipped corneras that is where the rev. shift fork is and it will fall and make it imposible to put back on . Also ya must block UP the park locas it is HEAVY SPRING LOADED and will remove fingers . USe a 1/2 inch bolt head under the parkloc to hold it up . BEST TO GET A BOOK IF YA HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE>
