I have the head and manifold now sitting on the workbench. The exhaust opening is approx. 1 7/8 across and it appears to be threaded. The threads are almost gone from the heat of the exhaust hitting them. Does anyone know if the 2404 404 exhaust pipe was threaded into the manifold?
